Taichung, Taiwan – October 22, 2024 – Lynia Huang, CEO of Bamboo Technology Ltd., recently participated as a speaker at the 14th Mind-Body Interface International Symposium, leading the Youth Mental Health and Psychotherapy Workshop. Lynia shared insights on HereHear, Bamboo Technology’s AI-driven social psychological support system, featuring virtual characters designed to enhance adolescent mental health.

 

Her presentation explored the potential impact of integrating AI virtual characters into social psychological support systems, focusing on their role in improving the mental well-being of teenagers. The session featured engaging discussions with leading experts, including psychiatrist Dr. Kuan-Pin Su, child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. Pei-Chen Chang, psychiatrist Dr. Ching-Lun Hung, and counseling psychologist Hsiu-Nien Wei.

 

The panel covered legal, practical, technological, and social perspectives, emphasizing the evolving role of technology in youth mental health care. The collaboration highlighted the importance of multidisciplinary approaches in tackling the mental health challenges faced by today’s adolescents.
